The Mandt Training Program is a healthy-relationship based, learning & development platform designed to promote prevention, de-escalation and intervention approaches. Mandt evidence-based training is right for you if you’re looking to create healthy and safe relationships with the people you support.

Mandt Training focuses on building healthy relationships, communication skills and conflict management. We look at how trauma can impact individuals and that hope and resiliency are possible. Regardless of your industry or profession, The Mandt System believes that everyone has an equal right to safety. Our training program is uniquely tailored to reduce crisis situations, creating a space where everyone can say “In this place, and with these people, I feel safe.”™

The Mandt System approach starts with the idea of supporting people, not just their behaviours.™ When you do this, you’re well on your way to creating a culture that provides for the emotional, psychological, and physical safety of everyone involved. It is based on treating everyone with dignity and respect. Our Mandt training program gives you the tools to affirm your feelings and choose your behaviours™ so that you can keep yourself and others safe during challenging interactions.

To create a safe environment, you need to know how to handle difficult situations when they happen. The challenge is we don’t always have the tools we need to effectively and safely respond. The Mandt training program teaches prevention and de-escalation concepts to help people safely manage behaviour so that everyone can be safe in their environment. Our goal is to be your active partner by providing the tools you need to create a healthier and safer environment.
