Language Matters: Transforming Healthcare for Neurodivergent People
Web streaming live , CanadaThis workshop explores the impact of language in healthcare settings around neurodivergence, neurodiversity, and disability. Following a brief lecture, participants will put their new learning to work through reflections on lived experiences shared by neurodivergent individuals and their families, and interactive learning activities. ADOS-2 Clinical Training
SFU Vancouver at Harbour Centre 515 W. Hastings St., Vancouver, British Columbia, CanadaJoin Dr. Adam McCrimmon (PhD, RPsych) for a three-day, in-person Clinical Training on the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, Second Edition (ADOS-2). The ADOS-2 is used for assessing and diagnosing ASD across ages, developmental levels, and language skills.
